The objective was to create an automated system that would streamline the submission of contracts and update their status with ease.
The solution enabled team members to upload contracts directly to the designated SharePoint item and simultaneously update contract
details effortlessly.
With a simple right-click action on the SharePoint item, our PowerAutomate flow is triggered.
Upon activation, the flow automates the compilation of contract documentation and pertinent details, generating an email
to the distributor. This eliminates the need to toggle between platforms, manually attach documents, search for recipient
contacts, compose emails, and hit send.
The impact of this optimization is significant, saving an estimated five minutes for each email under the traditional approach.
With an average of 300 contracts per month, the time saved amounts to 25 hours monthly and a remarkable 300 hours annually.
By embracing automation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, this initiative streamlined our processes, saving valuable time and
resources. This exemplifies my commitment to innovation and operational excellence, driving tangible results and
